National Cave & Karst Research Institute
The National Cave and Karst Research Institute was created by the U.S. Congress to conduct research, education, data collection and dissemination, and environmental management programs in all cave-related fields of study. It is administered by the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, and is located in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
