Cushman Foundation
The Cushman Foundation for Foraminiferal Research, Inc. was founded to promote research on foraminifera and allied organisms. The Foundation publishes research in its journal and growing series of Special Publications. Each year, multiple awards are awarded to students, as well as a professional award. The Foundation also sponsors the Cushman Symposia at the GSA Annual Meeting on timely topics of foraminiferal research.
