Abstract
The research of the thesis finds a dichotomy between natural scientists (ie geologists), public administrators, social scientists and politicians, as main actors in areas that seem distant and scattered geo-threats or geological threats, extraction of non-renewable natural resources without adequate control and other recognized. Most geological events have advantages and disadvantages, which have gone unnoticed by the governments of some societies; Even so, no mitigation measures are taken, mitigation plans and sometimes not even simple warnings are carried out. The simplest example is the hurricane season in the Caribbean.
An attempt to build a bridge between professionals in the key areas in making administrative decisions based on human knowledge in order to find points of interest for the benefit of communities. Result of the analysis, appears as a suggestion the need to intensify the interaction of professions in the declaration, far from the rhetoric, closer to reality and this interaction of medicine and geology is called under the name of Map Hydrogeology-Health.
Scientific geologists, administrators and politicians differ in the design and use of some definitions and make decisions without consulting each other to adjust the public policy that is necessary to try to mitigate the negative impacts; That was already said in 2015 and it is necessary to repeat it until the necessary importance is created.
Establishing the importance of protecting aquifers, is not simply creating databases to develop mathematical models; I consider that it is something beyond the subterranean hydrology or hydrogeology that, because it is new, although less than the geology-health relationship, has not yet defined its interactions exactly, which is a necessary investigation and we are going to undertake it in multidiscipline.
