Abstract

Teaching assistants (TAs) provide an important source of connection for undergraduate students, helping them master content, become more confident as scientists, and develop a wide array of skills. NAGT annually recognizes outstanding TAs in geoscience education with its Outstanding TA Awards. 2025 recipients of the Outstanding TA awards will share their lessons learned from the classroom and their most impactful teaching tips.
